Terms of Service<\/h2>\n

1     PREAMBLE<\/h2>\n

The Terms of Service set forth hereunder shall constitute the entire agreement between Multi-Language UK and any client thereof (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d), either of which may be individually referred to as a \u201cParty\u201d and both of which shall be collectively referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d.<\/p>\n

These Terms of Service shall constitute the entire understanding between User and Multi-Language UK with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Services, and supersedes all (i) proposals, oral or written, (ii) negotiations, conversations or discussions between the parties and (iii) industry custom or past course of dealing, relating to the subject matter.<\/p>\n

These Terms of Service (\u201cAgreement\u201d) set forth the provisions under which the User may register and use the Website for the purpose of the acquisition of the services\/solutions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2     DEFINITIONS<\/h2>\n

Website: <\/strong>Multi-Language UK for Localization and Technology Solutions, which is the owner of the Website (hereinafter referred to as \u201cMulti-Language UK\u201d).<\/p>\n

User: <\/strong>Individual(s) or a company submitting a Translation Request.<\/p>\n

Provider: <\/strong>Individual(s) or a Company providing a service.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3     SCOPE<\/h2>\n

Upon completion of the Registration Form and after accepting the Website Terms of Service, the User is authorized to submit Translation Requests. These Terms of Service between User and Multi-Language UK shall apply to all transactions and business conducted between the parties.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4     USER\u2019S OBLIGATIONS<\/h2>\n

The User will submit a Translation Request, including all relevant information and\/or documents in relation to their request. The User will process the payment as requested by Multi-Language UK before starting the translation process.<\/p>\n

This Agreement shall govern the business relationship between Multi-Language UK and User despite any conflicting terms and conditions in User\u2019s other documents.<\/p>\n

5     GENERAL<\/h2>\n

The User hereby authorizes<\/strong> Multi-Language UK to treat any person using User\u2019s password pair (username and password), and any resulting transactions, obligations, and liabilities as if User used the Website and\/or Services itself.<\/p>\n

User must not<\/strong> try to expose the identity of other Users or Providers. The identity of Providers and other Users is not visible to the Users. The User must not post any information which may reveal their identity to Providers or other Users. Posting contact information including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, internet URLs, Skype IDs is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

6     REGISTRATION<\/h2>\n

User\u2019s information<\/strong> shall be true, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

7     PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

Payment will be processed by the User before commencing the translation process. Missing or incomplete payment will cause a delay in starting and therefore a delay in delivering the completed translation.<\/p>\n

The User is the only responsible party for a delay caused by the above reason.<\/p>\n

Violators of any of these terms can have all of their Multi-Language UK accounts terminated, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of Multi-Language UK.<\/p>\n

8     REFUND\/CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

8.1 Any cancellation request after an order has been processed must be submitted in writing to the following email address: info@multilanguageuk.com<\/p>\n

8.2 If the company has not yet started the translation a full cancellation and refund will be granted. Should the translation already be in process, it will be stopped at the earliest opportunity (taking possible time zone hour differences into consideration). The client will only be charged for the part of the translation which has been completed.<\/p>\n

8.3 Our goal is to provide a service of exceptional quality at a great value. For this reason, we offer a 1-year guarantee on all of our language services. Should you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the final product, please contact our customer service at info@multilanguageuk.com<\/a> or +447537180372<\/a>. Our translator will review the translation according to the client\u2019s comments and offer feedback. Any agreed-upon errors will be edited at no extra charge to the client. In certain cases, where we fail to meet an agreement with the client, a partial or full refund may be offered.<\/p>\n

9     USER\u2019S REPRESENTATIONS<\/h2>\n

User represents that it has the full power and authority to execute this Agreement. User is the owner of, and\/or has received all appropriate consent from the owners of any and all material, information, intellectual property in any form, or other data that User makes available to Multi-Language UK.<\/p>\n

10     CLIENT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION<\/h2>\n

In the course of providing the Service, Multi-Language UK discloses the client\u2019s Materials to potential translators and contractors.<\/p>\n

The User is solely responsible for editing or removing any confidential or personally identifiable information in the client\u2019s Materials if they do not wish to disclose that information.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

11     INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT INDEMNITY<\/h2>\n

The Provider will defend and hold Multi-Language UK harmless in any suit or proceeding based on a claim that any equipment, products, or services transacted under these Terms of Service, constitutes an infringement of any copyright, patent, or trademark. The provider will pay all settlements or damages awarded against Multi-Language UK, provided that Multi-Language UK (i) informs Provider of such suit or proceeding in writing and within thirty (30) days of actual notice of a claim, and provides Provider with all related information, (ii) grants Provider the authority to settle or litigate such suit or proceeding, and (iii) provides all necessary assistance to Provider.<\/p>\n

12     LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; INDEMNITY<\/h2>\n

In no event shall Multi-Language UK be liable to the client, provider, or any other person for exemplary, incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation the cost of cover, loss of profit, use, savings or revenue, or the claims of third parties, whether or not Multi-Language UK has been advised of the possibility of such loss. The limitations in this section shall apply notwithstanding the failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy.<\/p>\n

Provider shall indemnify, defend (with counsel approved in writing by Multi-Language UK) and hold Multi-Language UK, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, insurers, attorneys, successors and assigns harmless against any and all claims for cost, damage, expense (including reasonable attorneys \u2013 fees) or liability arising out of or related to the acts or omissions of Provider, its employees, representatives or agents.<\/p>\n

13     GENERAL<\/h2>\n

13.1     Excused Performance<\/h2>\n

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement for causes beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n

13.2     No Waiver<\/h2>\n

The failure of either party to enforce any of the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of such party to thereafter enforce any such provision.<\/p>\n

13.3     Unenforceable Provisions.<\/h2>\n

If any term hereof is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions of these shall remain in effect, provided that the parties agree to negotiate in good faith substitute enforceable terms.<\/p>\n

13.4     Modifications; Special Agreements; Entire Agreement<\/h2>\n

Multi-Language UK reserves the right from time to time to amend, modify or change these Terms of Service. Due to the majority of parties requesting not to be contacted via email about updates to the Website, an email notice will not always be given.<\/p>\n

Should Multi-Language UK and the User come to a special understanding not outlined in this agreement it will be laid out in writing and signed by both parties.<\/p>\n
